Hog wild Bay area opinions. by me!

In 2017 Oakland and San Francisco might face some interesting challenges in terms of cost of living and evictions.  What happens when the math doesn't add up very well?

We have seen a persistent Bay Area that actually refuses to change even as it sweeps upon it.  As progressive as that might sound, the people here who want the past to remain also risk in the process.

People are doing things, its a doing place, which is what I like.  On the darker side the darker sides tend to be overlooked or simply ignored.  Perhaps a part of the early western spirit.  A love of frontiers, but holding tight to what is dear?

California's liberal super majority now has much to do.  The state is the future of the democratic party to some degree.  I am left leaning, but do side more with moderates.  In these times somethings have to be less moderate in order to compete with the right.  Showing a willing high mindedness and realism or something like that.  Bust a move or two.
