Angels are very dormant usually as if they were sleeping.

To wake an angel is to wake a great force in the universe.  You never know what they are going to do when they come.  PEOPLE DOING BAD THINGS SHOULD BE CAREFUL NOT TO WAKE ANGELS UP.
