Arrogance can lead to a contempt for some other people. We can mistake contempt for what it really often is which is hate. American arrogance is to fight against others we dislike as we look down on them for their weakness's. An American can be the most disgusting thing, but I am thankful that I know a few, who are in my life who aren't as sick as this. At least twenty, which is up a lot from twenty years ago where virtualy everyone had too much evil in them. God help me heal.
